1. Change of Mind

MIRROU does not offer a refund for change of mind purchase. However, we are happy to provide an exchange if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in the original condition within 30 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt.

*Please note that purchases made between the 1st of December 2025 to the 24th of December 2025 may be brought back by the 31st January 2026 for an exchange with the original purchase receipt.

MIRROU does not exchange jewellery, hair accessories, swimwear or underwear, if you have changed your mind for hygiene purposes.

2. Faulty Item

Refunds or exchanges will be provided with proof or purchase on faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
